On individual level Iranians might support a two-state compromise but I have seen little evidence to suggest on Iranian national government level they do. They are funding Hamas that wants to destroy Israel not moderates.. I don’t even think the Iranian state want to see a more moderate Palestinian government. They’ll portray any moderate Palestinians as “Zionist bootlickers” to borrow the phraseology of a recent troll here. That’s actually yet another reason to work a deal with any moderate Palestinians. Reduces Islamic extremist influence in the region that promote fanaticism rather than compromises.
