It would help if the Gazans and the UNRWA employees, and other NGO employees could report in real-time when they see armed jihadis entering the schools, mosques, hospitals, etc.. That way people could quickly exit the structures while the jihadis are entering. There are many help lines available for all to contact the IDF.
