It must be quite a blow to Len and her friends to see the demise of Messrs Ibrahim Aqil and Mahmoud Hamad when what they really want, instead of grown up fighting men, is lots and lots of dead Arab babies, with a few pregnant females thrown in for good measure. It is of no significance if these poor folk are Palestinian, Syrian, Yemeni, Sudanese, Iraqi etc.
