Quote from the above authorless MEMO article: “Initially designed in the structure of a cube, the building will reportedly measure 400 metres on each side and will be over 20 times taller than New York’s Empire State building.”
—————————————————————————
The Empire State Building is just shy of 400 meters in height at about 381 meters. So if what the MEMO article suggests rings true, then 20 times 381 would be a building 7620 meters tall. That seems next to impossible with the technology being used in our early 21st century. At 7620 meters, there would be a reality that would not be conducive for human living.
Presently only a handful of Tibetans, Peruvians and Nepalese live in tiny villages barely above the elevation of 5000 meters, and those folks have had to adjust their lungs to handle the oxygen level.
So the nearly sea-level Saudi Arabians could probably never even arrive without oxygen masks.
So the MEMO article seems poorly researched and makes claims that simply are very far-fetched.
