This is exactly what Hamas is counting on. They commit the war crime by hiding operatives, munitions and headquarters in schools, hospitals, mosques and almost every public place. Then Israel strikes these places and the headlines try to make Israel out as the one committing the crime. Further the people of Gaza know full well that these places are not safe for civilians to harbour but they still choose to harbor there anyway. That shows complicity with Hamas. The “great march” which lasted well over a year was a prime example. Hamas bussed women and children to the front lines of this march every week for all of this time. 46 children were killed and up to 8,000 inured. Now tell me that Gazans’ aren’t complicit with Hamas when they expose their children to this kind of danger?
