At last! One nation has today shown courage enough to invoke the Genocide Convention with the International Court Of Justice. It is fitting indeed that South Africa has spoken up. The African National Congress knows very well what it is like to suffer under a brutal apartheid settler-colonial regime.
This move will force an investigation by the International Criminal Court which has a very poor record of prosecuting war criminals based in Western backed nations and their allies.
