South Africa may be the end of the ICJ, since an ICJ ruling in genocide case against Israel
will be both “a test for global community”, and also be a test for the ICJ itself, where:
-1- The Hamas regime, the PIJ, and other Islamic Jihadists both
– [a] – Started this war, with Mass-murder, Rape, Beheadings, & Abduction War Crimes, and
– [b] – Continue using Gaza civilians & cities as Human-Shields War Crimes, while
-2- The Jewish State of Israel responded to the Oct. 7 Hamas atrocities in Self-Defense, to both:
– [a] – Bring Hamas & other Islamic Jihadist War Criminals to justice, and to
– [b] – Free the abducted civilian Israeli hostages. And,
– [c] – 20,000 were killed as collateral wartime casualties,
only because Hamas used them as Human-Shields.
So,
If the ICJ rules against the peace-loving Jewish State of Israel,
then the ICJ itself will lose what little international legitimacy it still has, after
doing next to nothing about the Islamic Jihadist atrocities perpetrated on October 7,
by Hamas, PIJ, & other Islamic Jihadists, who intentionally targeted 1,000 Jewish Civilians,
in their homes, in their villages, and in their music concerts, that had no military component at all.
