Those that use slogans like “free Palestine” and “river to the sea” sound like Hamas. They, incompetently, undermine the Palestinian statehood cause since their slogans imply the destruction of Israel. It’s really not that hard to put “support two states” or “we love Israel and we love palestine” or “we oppose racism towards Jews and Palestinian” type signs instead. Or at least something more catchier but along that same lines. That is a compromising and tolerance attitude. That is a an actual antiwar attitude. Not Israel all bad and Hamas all victims.
