What Bushnell did to himself has left me feeling very sad but also feeling very tiny; it takes a lot of courage, a lot of compassion, to do what he did. During his last few seconds on earth, as he was walking towards his last spot on earth, he was talking calmly, there was no fear in his voice, it was probably because he felt that ending his life was not going to be so much worse than how he was dealing with the situation in Palestine.
