Re: Stifled voices: Israel’s Arab citizens battle repression to speak out against war on Gaza – Middle East Monitor

Yesterday, I was reading the speech at the United Nations by the French diplomat in 1952 and he spoke for a long time and what he was saying was that the United Nations had no business interfering in French internal affairs and he gave many reasons how the people of Morocco and Tunisia were benefiting by being colonized by France ( he did not mention Algeria during that speech). I am now wondering if the French were not better off claiming to be the indigenous people of Algeria returning home just like the Jews did in Palestine? The French would still be in Algeria had they claimed to be the indigenous people of Algeria!
