It simply shouldn’t be so easy for governments and news outlets, to deny, disinform, misinform or tell just biased and selective news about any conflict and war. It should be a mechanism established to force Nations, Governments, News Media Outlets, to enforce the publishing of UN reports, of any conflict.
It should be by law, rules and principles, to have something to punish violations, those who just did not publish those reports.
But it is actually nothing which could force them to tell the facts, without denying or dismissing of many facts.
