The Ghoul sniper rifles have been used extensively against the IOF. I believe the IOF troops are fearful of them, they tend to congregate in open spaces and become easy victims of this weapon. The Gazan snipers especially target commanding officers effectively. Quite a few IOF have lost their lives to this weapon.
