Not true at all– The 1947 UN Partition Resolution was an opportunity for two stateless people to build two independent nations. One chose to build a nation, the other chose war to gain everything and they lose each time.
Had Arabs accepted the 1947 UN Partition Resolution, they would be celebrating 76 years of independent statehood today with pre-1967 lines. Collective Arab Countries chose war instead and they lost. They chose war several more times and they lost. If you risk everything to gain it all, when you lose, you don’t get go back to the status quo each time.
