The ICC prosecutor has disgraced both himself and the ICC, by
requesting “arrest warrants” for the legitimate self-defense response of Israel, and by
-1- Not requesting arrest warrants months ago for every single Hamas leader and militant,
-2- Not accusing Hamas of using human-shields of both Gaza civilians and Israeli hostages, and
-3- Not recognizing that Israel has every right to target Hamas for death and hostages for release,
even if unavoidably such actions require military actions in Gaza Strip urban areas, because
of Hamas tactics of putting military bases in cities and using human-shields.
