First, fake “Israel” totally deserved everything that happened on October 7th…well, actually they deserved thousand of times worse…but the point is that “Israel” was not some innocent victim. “Israel” provoked October 7th by 75+ years of atrocities, ethnic cleansing in the Nakba and land thefts since then, war crimes, apartheid abuse of the entire population, illegal white phosphorus bombings of schools, sniper attacks on West Bank children playing in their own yard, bulldozing homes, kidnaping children from their beds at night and threatening to rape them if they didn’t confess to rock throwing, using Palestinians as human shields,…and every other imaginable wrong thing that could possibly be done.
Second, the ICJ doesn’t have authority to order non-UN members to do anything.
