There is no history of the Ashkenazi having lived anywhere in the Middle East until they arrived as Zionists claiming to be the Hebrews but looking like the Germans. Today, they would not dare to make that kind of claim because DNA confirmed that they are in fact 100% European which should not surprising to anybody.
