The UNSC, with this Veto-Power construct, is the most evil tool of held hostage, the overwhelming Majority in the World, in their will to a more inclusive World. To a much more Peaceful World, where human rights and humanitarian law got respected, without racist dehumanising warfare, killing masses of civilian lifes and destroying deliberate much of the civilian infrastructure.
The UN-Security Council failed to serve the World by making it more secure and have more stable Peace in it.
It’s abuses as an pure evil tool, to keep the World from a more Stable Peace, where the Member States could have raise their voices and decide together, how to solve conflicts and serve humanity in those conflicts and prevent and protect specific groups of civilian societies from mass attrocities, racist hatred and violent warfare against them und uphold human rights, international humanitarian law, anti-discrimination laws, geneva conventions and rome statute, equally for all human being in the world.
They use and abuse of the Veto, to demands of the Majority in the World, to block the World to have their demands to Peace and more Life saving actions and solutions fullfilled, is a digrace and betrayal against humanity and the “United Nations” demands, for a better World.
By having Veto-Power of the Majority of the Worlds demand, it becomes the most purely evil tool to held the World hostage and make it more instable, with much more serious insecurity, for the most UN-Member States!
The long list of use and abuse of Veto Power, which is and was used to a much more instability and insecure World, without Equal rights for countries to have the United Nations, to solve conflicts and or decide by Unity of Nations how to preserve humanity, protect civilians as best as possible and how in Unity solve conflicts much better than by Vetoing of Worlds demands.
Because of this unequal destructive abusive charakter and abusive uses of Veto Power, it has to go immediatly and the UNGA and ICJ need to get upgraded status for more equal, more stable security, where all Member States could have their demands heard and their “United” efforts to solutions and better upholding of humanitarian law and civilian protection in conflicts.
Grave violations of humanitarian laws, human rights, geneva conventions, rome statute, mass attrocities and warcrimes must brought to Justice!
Justice, Equal and Universality of this most important Sets of commitments of Rights, laws, conventions and Warcrimes, which need to be upheld and grave violations, need to brought to Justice.
There should not be a Veto, for such crimes against humanity, to block Justice and the World to take action in “Unity” by United Nations tohether and having their Voices and Votes for solutions equally heard and by impartial responses, resolved.
The ICJ orders and UNGA Majority will in the World should become binding solutions instead of the non-working unequal, UNSC and the mass abuse of the Veto Power in it.
It failed to serve the mandate of more Security and Peace in the World, with more Life saving action, more Civilians protected from unproportinal harm.
Because of the Universial declarations and broad consensus of these Sets of laws, commitments, conventions and statutes and what inhuman actions are: Warcrimes
the United Nations and the whole Member States must have their equal and universal applying of it, working…For all not vetoed by a single country, but maybe have the voices heard of all United Nations Member States and having a Majority Vote to find better solutions for the whole World, instead of blocking the World taking action by Vetoing the World demands.
It is long overdue to have equal impartial rights and solutions working for a better World!
