Mixed culture in Europe usually means Caucasian Christians in which case you consider them all equal aside from Russians who you think are too inbred with their Mongol invaders to be valid Europeans and the Turks who you consider not European enough to count as such. Nothing wrong with a French lady and a British man marrying but when you go outside the lovely garden, nobody else makes the cut.
