Unless Palestinian Authority Arabs (PIJ, PLO, Hamas, etc.) accept peace with the Jewish State,
-1- the recently displaced Gazans should not be allowed to return to northern Gaza, and
-2- the recently destroyed Gaza buildings should not be rebuilt or even funded,

international and Israel prerequisite, for return or rebuilding,
