Everyone knows the process of reconstruction in Gaza isn’t even going to begin until there is mutual recognition of Israel and a Palestinian state in Gaza, and a formal treaty of peace between them, and with all other states in the region (including Iran) buying into the peace process.
To get this even off the ground the Gazans will have to put in a great deal of good will and vision, far more than has ever been seen before from those poor, benighted people.
Until that is resolved the Gazans will have to become accustomed to their new reality.
