This is not the way that a sane person talks and therefore we can easily conclude that this man has gone insane! A sane person would not assume Egypt and Jordan would be willing to accept millions of people of Gaza into their countries thereby helping the Jews to completely remove the indigenous population from their land! The billions of dollars that Egypt and Jordan receive from the US government is bribe money so that they do not remain hostile towards the invading Jews in Palestine! Without that bribe money, there would have been groups of Arabs in Jordan and Egypt just like Hamas and Hezbollah which would have made the the lives of the Jews in Palestine a nightmare.
