Trump already imposed sanctions on the ICC and he was promptly faced with legal challenges by Americans themselves, including the ACLU. The challenges were dropped when Biden rescinded Trump’s orders. His arguments are frivolous and his actions vexatious. As well, his “allies” whomever they may be, because Trump lost those quickly in his last term, were not predisposed to follow his fiddle even then.
