Trump has the best solution so far. There must be separation. You know that a Palestinian State is a NO starter. Terrorism by the Palestinians cannot be eradicated without huge amounts of casualties. Egypt did that with their Muslim Brotherhood.
Trump has a lot of leverage with both Egypt and Jordan . Giving them $1-2 billion each would be a very persuasive carrot. There is also the stick, by subtracting from the aid that they get now.
Iraq and Kuwait should also be added to the mix. Qatar should cover all the costs and Saudi Arabia. The USA needs to regain its persuasive powers around the world and especially in the Middle East.
Trump has shown his resolve already with Colombia and NATO. He must point out to Egypt, Jordan and maybe Iraq and Kuwait, that these forever wars and terrorism must end and end now or he will allow Israel to end it. He will allow Israel to get MOABS, and Air Refuel planes and planes to carry those MOABS as to persuade Iran to end these proxy wars.
