Is this declared intention on the part of the USA not responsive to the implied threat Israel’s ‘nuclear weapons and nuclear weapons-delivery capability constitute?
I for one, do encounter sufficient references suggestive how this became a key motivation for the USA – in 1967, and thereafter.
