From Greek POV it will depend on following factors…
1, Stop dumping migrants on us then demonizing us when we refuse to take them. I realize Turkey has done more than its fair share but so has Greece. We are not a dumping ground for migrants.-
2. Respect for UNCLOS in the Aegean and Med. Greece is willing to offer a little for Turkey to save face and have at least some unrestricted navigational routes but you don’t get equal dibs. The Aegean is effectively mostly a Greek lake.
3. Stop encouraging any Turks that live in Greece to see themselves as ‘victims”. For decades Muslims in Greece are treated far far better than non-Muslims in Turkey. Its exactly why we haven’t had the sort of Islamic radicalization you see in other states.
4. As for Cyprus, unlike most Greeks I support a two state solution but with the caveat Turkey also supports us where we have legal rights too (see above)
