It is highly unlikely that the current neo-Ottoman presidente would invite the Palestinians from Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon, to move to Halay, to set up a de-facto Palestine autonomous region. Yet on the other hand, the leaders of Jordan, Syria and Lebanon would have no problem if it were to happen.
