The UNSCOP Commission derived plans that Palestine continues to fight today contravene “various UN Charter principles” & principles that underpin lawful US Government.”
And furthermore, the US and Britain were not bound either by the Balfour Declaration or the League Mandate – to provide for any Jewish State (only for a Jewish National Home, compatible with other then-established communities therein).
