Humanitarian aid is needed almost everyone in the world. Skid rows, poor neighbourhoods, war torn zones, etc. etc.. But the aid does not always reach those in need. Often the middle personnel take a handsome slice of the goods. So with greedy organisations filtering off the aid, it becomes a major challenge. The more times the cargo changes hands, the lighter it becomes.
