each nation has its varying levels of ‘separations of powers’
which are at times tension ridden between the 1. judicial,
2. the elected representatives of citizens, and of course 3.
the government … it is a power struggle necessary to try to
avoid excessive decision making by one of the three

so uganda is not alone as we have seen attempts by turkey,
israel, u.s., and many more to stifle the judicial and often they
have been partially successful
