You have a Muslim or perhaps a Russian view of justice which is far harsher than the Judeo-Christian ethic under which no-one can be coerced to perjure themselves and innocence is presumed rather than guilt and Jewish jurisprudence has effectively eliminated the death penalty.
Muslims and some fundamentalist Christians have criticized Jews for “corrupting” the harshness of biblical injunctions. It’s actually a progressive improvement. Jews do not stone people to death for adultery nor do they cut off the tongues of those like yourself who tell falsehoods and commit slander nor do they crucify apostates.
Hamas does torture and murder its own people. It hoards donated food and medication sells it at high price and those that oppose their rule are labelled as traitors and collaborators, subject to the very punishment you recommend. They “love death” and teach their people to aspire to martyrdom. That’s the very definition of genocide.
