As a matter of principle Israel illegally occupies Palestine and must leave and end the occupation. This applies to the boundaries of the fake State from 1967 which includes returning Jerusalem to the Palestinians.
Then we need a court to assess if the 1947 recommendation from the UN had any legal basis since the UN has no right in law to partition any country and indeed the recommendation was never approved by the Security Council to make it formal.
In addition, since Israel has ignored the stipulations of the 47 recommendation that the Palestinians be left to live in freedom in what remained of their country, then one presumes any court would consider whatever power the UN had to be null and void.
Israel has no declared borders and so in essence does not exist. In addition there are no Israelis because there is no Israeli nationality, only a religious nationality, Jewish, so even there Israelis do not exist.
And having inflicted one of the most sadistically cruel and animalistically savage military colonial occupation in modern history, we can assume, any court would not only rule Israel to be illegal and recommend it be dismantled but that Zionists, Jews and former Israelis pay compensation to all Palestinians for their suffering over nearly a century.
