I agree with the UN, conditions are appaling, but who started this war? If Gaza had kept those stupid rockets to themselves on 7th. Oct., none of this would have happened. If Hamas would not be placing operatives and munitions among civilians, the death toll would be much less. It is obvious that Gaza didn’t learn anything from the 4 past wars they fought since ’06, where they took 87% of the casualties and nearly 100% of the damages. How did they figure they could win a fifth war? This makes no sense. What has happened here is that Hamas has total control of Gaza now, both militarily and governmental. Gaza is trapped by elements of their own choosing since ’06. So it is now up to them to undo their mistakes.
