{A} – The “major changes in operating conditions’ across Gaza” should involve both
-1- An Unconditional Release of All Abducted Israeli Hostages, and
-2- A Demilitarization and Deradicalization of Gaza and the West Bank, so that
ceasefire operating conditions can facilitate international aid distribution across Gaza.
And,
{B} – If Hamas and the other Islamic Jihadist elements refuse to release and demilitarize, then
The UN should focus on Taiwan, Ukraine, Sudan, etc., and totally forget about the Gaza Strip entirely.
