I hope the legal accountability of the United Nations will be examined particularly in relation to:
1. Keeping Gazans penned in Gaza and not taking action to evacuate them to UN refugee camps located outside Gaza
2. What knowledge the UN and their agencies operating in Gaza had of the extensive and sophisticated tunnel network
3. Why UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East – Tor Wennesland – never reported to the Security Council the existence of the 2022 Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine solution to consider as a replacement for the Security Council’s own failed 2016 two-state solution.
