In 1947, there were 44 Christian countries at the United Nations and 33 of them voted in favor of partition. Also at the United Nations deciding the fate of Palestine were 10 Muslim countries and of course they all rejected partition of Palestine. Too many of the Muslim countries in 1947 were colonized by the white Europeans but since then, 33 Muslim majority countries have become Independent and joined the United Nations.
