Such things are inseparable from Islam, such that “UN experts” may be correct that
“Anti-Islamic:” Extremism, Aggression, Jihad, Murder, Rape, Beheading, Abduction, etc.
“sentiment has indeed reached disturbing levels”, though totally legitimate & reasonably so.
