What kind of people were so naive as to believe that the Ashkenazi were the Hebrews returning home to Palestine? Could you not look at them and they look just like the rest of the Europeans? Absolutely nothing about the Ashkenazi is Middle Eastern because they had never been to the Middle East before 1882 when they arrived in Palestine uninvited.
