The Invented Beoble can live in tents for the next 20 years. Rafah will eliminate weapon smuggling to a large degree. Hunt the tunnels and eventually flood them. Close all the entry points from Israel and allow the USA to feed Gazans and even allow food aid via Rafah. The refugees of Gaza can live in areas where all tunnels have been cleared and in tightly controlled enclaves.
