The attrocities of Okt. 7 are to condemn and the perpetrators need to be brought to Justice.
For the following attrocities, the massacres and every killed civilian because of disproportional use of Arms, for intentional and deliberate starvation of the gazan civilians, for the mass killings of civilians of the people on the territory of occupied palastine, the perpetrators from IDF and of those in command if the troops, need to be brought to Justice for these warcrimes
Distinction, Precaution and Proportionality are always to take in to account, before to decide to fire shells, bombard or attack an object, if this is an military or civilian object needs to be distinct everytime. If it qualifies as military target or is civilian infrastructure etc.
All these processes, are even more of highest priority because the civilian population in these territory is under occupation, by the own forces, where the occupied people should be under special protection from harm against them. Because Israel fails to grant these special protection and don’t has the Intention to grant the occupied civilian population, equal rights and grant them special protection from harm, but otherwise is opressing, harming, maiming and killing the civilian population of the occupied territories by military force and by starvation, it is crimes against humanity, which could amount to genocide perpetrator: Israel/IDF.
