The photograph depicts mobility, which is how Gazans are saving themselves from their oppressive jihadi regime. Essentially distancing themselves from the jihadis and their war machine. Even if the donkey dies, the strong youth can pull and push the carts/wagons. The communal tent is on the rack above. The enclave is extremely small in area, no larger than Las Vegas. It can be walked across easily. The Gazans need composite built rickshaws, of varying sizes, to facility their continuous shifting to safer areas, to avoid the combat between the jihadis and the IDF. It would be wise for the IDF to remove nearly all motorbikes and motor vehicles during their excursions. But important to leave rickshaws for the Gazans to utilise.
