Re: UN Rights chief deplores ‘entrenched impunity’ in Israel-Palestine war – Middle East Monitor

The report is still to neutral, ICJ orders of the provisional measures which the ICJ ordered, to protect palastinians as an Ethnic group in Gaza which need to be protected from threads of possible mass attrocities are not applied to the report and is failing to adress the systemic disrespect and violations against these orders.
Attacks of UN-Buildings and Hospitals are not well reported in it. Direct attacks and violations of civilian infrastructure, where locations marked and in de-confliction processes were given to the Israeli where shelled and bombed, are even not listed in it, direct attacks on Journalists are also missing in the report and incidents of killings which are without any doubt was unlawful acting and which are well documented and cases of international recognized warcrimes.

To include allegations of mass rape by Palastinian armed groups without enough impartial and Independent Evidence on the one hand and not include all serious visible signs of violations of humanitarian law: Such like bombings of declared safe zones or safe corridors, desperate groups of civilians which are starving, using starvation as weapon of war, Sending text messages to starving people, to trick them by creating a death-trap and many other clear violations are also not included.
The attack on UN-Bodies and calls to link it with terrorist Infrastructure, to obstruct and stop their work for palastinians, serious and systemic threads against UN, UNHRC, UNRWA, WHO, UN-OCHA and others, are not included in the report.
Staying neutral when UN is undermined, smear and hasbara campaigns are waged against the humanitarian work, is the wrong stance in this situation. It isn’t the right way to defend UN-Bodies against threads to destroy their work and humanitarian missions.
Why isn’t Israel punished by ICJ, ICC for it’s disrespect of UN?
It’s unbelivable how easy UN let it happen, to get threadened to points where it’s mandates couldn’t be fullfilled.
