The Rafah offensive is critical and will supply a perimeter from which to slowly close upon the jihadis, but very slowly close over the next eighteen to twenty-four months. Instead the digging needs to start quickly, just east of the Sinai/Gaza border corridor, to locate and destroy the tunnelling.
