Interruptions in the distribution processes will cause some short-term difficulties. But in the long-term removing inefficient organisations that are incapable of policing their own management and employees, will be an advantage for distributing aid/relief. There are many other organizations that are increasing their work loads to help reduce the short-term difficulties. The UNRWA has become structurally entrenched with the jihadis, that its reorganisation is probably not possible any longer. Best to distance the organization so it can no longer facilitate the jihadi holy war against innocent folks.
