Lazzarone’s map does help provide a less bleak reality in Gaza’s governorates. If the white area is relatively safe, then that is a considerable start to safety. Also the areas of looting (yellow lines) seem to be a minimal. If North Gaza Governorate can be turned into a DMZ, it will help move things along. Probably best to not allow the Settlers to start coming in, if they know what is good for themselves. Pestering the defenceless Palestinians farmers in the WB is one thing, but trying that in Gaza, would definitely be a big no-no for the Settlers.
