Few have discussed or imagined the possibility of Iran wishing to aggrevate the situation even worse by say using their submarines to torpedo merchant vessels on their way to the Cape of Good Hope and or the entry to the Strait of Gibraltar. If so who to say it were the Iranians that do it ?
