A sovereign state that has never been able to control its borders, way before there was a single Israeli settlement in the West Bank or Gaza. Egypt and Jordan occupied the West Bank and Gaza up until 1967 and used them as a staging ground to attack Israel. So you can laugh all you want, it will not change this history.
