Jeremiah 11-
Jeremiah says Israelites of his time will be punished
for not obeying the terms of this covenant.
Nothing new here.
Jeremiah 32-
37 This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: I will surely gather them from all the lands where I banish them in my furious anger and great wrath; I will bring them back to this place and let them live in safety.

You said: the Old Testament says –
“The Jews broke the Covenant (Jeremiah 11)”,
and
there were no promises of return.
You cannot backup these claims.
They are untrue.
