There is unbroken chain of Jewish religion leading back to antiquity. Ignoring that for the narratives of Hamas isn’t going to make it go way. The irony of your position… there was no Palestinian identity in the 19th century. Palestinians could mean anyone living in what at the time was the Palestinian region of the Ottoman empire. Granted the majority of the population was Muslim but they didn’t see themselves as ethnically Palestinians at the time.
