1. Not provide Hamas further political capital by encouraging settlements in violation of international law like Likud has been doing. Support a two-state solution.
2. Create a series of escalating security zones like the US did in Iraq. Those security zones should only be accessible to children and any Palestinians that recognize Israel’s right to exist and denounce antisemitism and Hamas (in writing). Isolate Hamas in the war zones and move the rest to safe zones carved out within Gaza.
