The power of group think is amazing. I’ve seen this claim accompanied by the same video in 3 different forums. Literally Miller says “those individuals are legitimate targets” referring to terrorists, not civilians and adds, to differentiate, “they have the obligation to minimize civilian harm”.
In fact AP downgraded the # of civilian casualties to 3 children, 12 women and about 20 male terrorist operatives who were operating out of 2 “classrooms”, more than fulfilling the requirement of proportionality. t.CO/cwmdfT63UO
